WING IT!

Am the type of lady who does not need to be expensively wined and dined. All I ever need at times is CHICKEN WINGS!!

Yesterday, one of my uncle raided our kitchen! Oh boy! He cooks pretty damn well for a medic! I just had to share this recipe he taught me with my amazing people ❤  Am sure you will all love this. Thank me later on.

INGREDIENTS.

For the coating.

30 wings. ( Marinated in 2 tsp salt, 2tsp garlic, and one lemon for an hour or two)  *The more wings the better 😉

2 tsp salt

2 cups flour

2 tsp pepper medley ( coriander plus black pepper)

2 tsp mixed herbs

For the sauce.

200 ml bbq sauce

250 ml honey

2 tbsp sriracha sauce

3 cloves of garlic ( finely chopped)

 

Method.

Mix the coating ingredients in a zipper bag for about 20 minutes. Deep fry the well coated wings for 8 minutes. Avoid turning them all the time.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix the bbq sauce, honey, sriracha sauce and garlic. Microwave the mixture for a minute and add the garlic. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed up.

Add the fried wings into the sauce and mix them until all wings are well coated. Enjoy!

    1. The microwave part is just to heat up the sauce.. The wings are fried. Microwaving will be easier cuz it will be tedious to heat up the oven just to heat up the sauce for 5
      minutes 🙂
